Walk-ins are welcome at Lash Cupid, but to guarantee immediate accommodation, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance.
The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient noticed, we’re often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we request 24HRs ADVANCE NOTICE.
Cancellations with less than 24HRs NOTICE will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled services. A missed appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled services.
If you’re unable to commit to appointments in advance, we recommend calling the salon at (310) 881- 9399 and asking to placed on our Wait List.
Should an opening in our schedule occur, you will receive a [TEXT NOTIFICATION/ EMAIL/ PHONE CALL] and will have the opportunity to reserve that time for yourself.
We do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals.
Arriving more than fifteen minutes late for your
service will result in its cancellation and that application of a fee up to 100% of the service price.
We love children—some of us even have a few of our own! We ask arrange child care prior to your appointment.
Children are not permitted in the salon under any circumstances.
To maintain a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere for all guests, we politely request that cell phones be silenced or powered off in the salon’s treatment areas.
We do NOT fill or repair enhancements eye lashes we didn’t apply. No exceptions.
No Shows will be charged 100% and will be required to secure all future bookings with a credit card.
We require your full attention, therefore cellphones off, silent, and or put away during the service.
No food or drinks in the spa treatment areas.
Product Refund/Exchange Permitted Conditionally
Client safety and product integrity is important to us, therefore product refunds or exchanges are only accepted on a limited basis.
Onlysealed, unopened, unused products will be accepted when accompanied by a receipt dated within 10 days of purchase.
Opened products are considered to be contaminated and will not be eligible for refund or return.

has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.
In the State of California, the law prohibits salon professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with [HAIR/SKIN/NAIL] abnormalities of any kind. Should your professional determine that you are ineligible for services, we will happily refer you to an appropriate physician. When your condition has been resolved, you are more than welcome to return.
